Sticky Board is a board you can text, operated by JV Digital LLC, Massachusetts. Private boards are free. Shared boards are paid per board under a written agreement with the department or company that runs them. During a trial, the trial agreement governs.
The board is not a dispatch, alarm, or outage system and must not be used for anything that needs a guaranteed or immediate response. Texts can be delayed or lost by carriers. Call the right number for emergencies.
Use it for your own work and personal notes. Do not text it other people's personal data (customer names with addresses, account or meter numbers) or anything you have no right to share; the filter helps but you are responsible. No harassment, no unlawful content, no attempts to reach boards you are not a member of.
By texting a board's number you agree to receive reply texts about your notes. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop replies, HELP for help. Adding someone to a board sends them nothing; their own first text is their consent.
Your board's contents belong to the department or person who runs it. You can export them at any time and delete the board yourself. See what this records and the privacy policy.
We aim for the board to be up all the time and tell you when it is not; we do not guarantee it. The service is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the fees paid for the board in the previous three months. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it.
You can stop at any time; export first, then delete the board. We can suspend a board that breaks these terms, with notice when we can. If the service closes, every superintendent gets 90 days' notice and an export.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
